The Story
Stepping into this narrow lane in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter felt like entering another time. The air was damp from a recent shower, and the cobblestones gleamed under the diffused light. I was drawn to the way the old buildings, with their ornate balconies and weathered facades, leaned in towards each other, creating a sense of intimacy and enclosure.
The yellow archway connecting the buildings above was a surprising and beautiful detail, a touch of unexpected brightness against the muted tones of the day.
