I captured this image on a crisp winter morning in Budapest, Hungary, outside the Parliament Building. The air was still, and the light was soft and diffused, perfect for highlighting the solemnity of the occasion.
The guards, dressed in their impressive historical uniforms, moved with deliberate precision as they unfurled the Hungarian flag.
