The Story
I found myself on a narrow ledge, the sheer granite walls of Yosemite Valley rising on either side. The scale of it all is humbling.
The distant valley floor, a patchwork of green meadows and dark evergreen forests, beckoned. Sunlight streamed down, illuminating the rugged textures of the rock and the vibrant life clinging to its edges.
This is the heart of California's Sierra Nevada, a place that has captivated explorers and artists for centuries, and I was so fortunate to be there.
